apparently they can make your blog into a beautiful book and it's not that crazy expensive... it might be though if i do every single little entry. i dont know. it looks nice and the other night i went back and read entries from march, april and may 2007 and LOVED that i had a record of how i felt and what happened around the time ambrose joined the family. this could be cool. has anyone done it?

nope-- but it's a really good idea. Especially for those of us who don't have scrapbooks and stuff.
I haven't done that, but looking at the website, it looks awesome! Especially since I don't scrapbook much, and it would be nice to have a hard copy of something for the boys later on. I might look into that more, but we'll see, probably down the road a ways.
i was thinking that maybe i would make one book for everything i blog in 2007 (i could edit out the things that are absolutely not important). then it would be like our 2007 family book... just thinking. we'll see.
I've played around with it and it is hard to get the text & pics to line up like you want etc. Maybe it's b/c I am not a computer whiz. I bet thomas could take a crack at it. We wanted to do a book each year but since I never blog it would end up looking more like a magazine or a brochure.
Stephanie: This is Laura (O'Rullian) Stewart from BYU Hawaii. I saw a link to your blog on Jill and Nathan Urmston's which I thought was random, and then I saw in your family that you're related to the Hazards. The Weldon Hazards are very close friends of my family. (I grew up up there.) How are you related? That's crazy. Hope you are well. You're baby is super cute.
no i haven't heard of this before, but i feel slightly uncanny because i thought of this idea in the shower yesterday. and i thought it would probably be really trendy and a lot of people would do it, but i would still do it too. but not until blogdom is threatning to implode.
laura- i am not sure if i know those hazards- but my sister and jill urmston were bff growing up so that is how i know them. jills mom is also my mom's bff and my parents always joked that she had joint custody over me in high school...guess they were trying to get rid of me. :) haha
nancy hazard (husband greg) is my mother's sister and they live in rexburg, idaho.
I have printed out blogs to keep as journal entires but this is a much better way to do it. Thanks
Always love a shout out for uncle greg!
Definitely something that I want to do. Thanks for the link. I actually google searched last night to try to find a company that did this and couldn't find much. I think the idea is going to take off, though, and then there will be plenty of places to get it done. It would be really cool to order a book at the end of every year. I'd like to hear back when someone actually does it.
Stephanie- I think the Weldon Hazards are what we refer to as the Lake Isabella Hazards. Isn't Weldon the town they actually live in? Which would be our uncle greg's (another shout out) brother.
ah, i see! those hazards. bring various people together... one blog at a time. <3
