generous generous generous
i remember thinking last year at ambrose's first birthday party that we were so lucky to have such great, loving people in our lives and this year i feel that even more. thank you to my friends who came to help, who came to play, who came with gifts, who made gifts, who baked stuff, who came period and were just there. thank you thank you thank you. and i am serious people, amby really hit the jackpot this year with the awesome handmade gifts- like amazing crafty stuff that people sell for big bucks on etsy. i just stare at all of it and contemplate not letting him touch a thing until he is of a sensible age. ;)

How fun! I wish I could have come...all those treats look yummy. I will tell you, though, that my gift certainly wouldn't have been homemade. I don't do anything homemade unless it's food...
Anyway, your little one is so adorable in all his pictures. I especially love the one that's a close up of his face with a big smile and his eyes are closed. So cute!

it was a fabulous partay. the kids really really enjoyed themselves and faith kept saying, "that was really nice of Stephanie to give me her lipstick like that." hehe. makes me smile. the food was so good and i regret stuffing my face. but while i was doing it i was thoroughly enjoying it. fun times!
it was a lovely party. so many yummy treats and so many wonderful people. ambrose really did hit the jackpot with all those gifts.
Wish we could've been there. And wish I were a crafty or at least thoughtful, planning person so that I would've sent a gift. Shame on me! But looks like a great party! Now I want a cupcake, two (too :)!
