photos from pink week

All unfortunately taken on my camera phone and indoors for the most part. Sorry for the grainy-blurfest. But pink week wasn't that bad. The eye drop four times a day thing was a bummer, but it was a pretty restful, homemade kinda week overall. Lots of stories, and movies, and legos, and music, and kids crafts, and snacks, and singing, and fort building, and even naps. It was ... wholesome. Yep, that's the word I was looking for. Pink eye, you should try it sometime.

It's fun to get all creative at home. If we ever felt stir crazy we hurried outside for a quick spin around the block:
and this picture was from last week, but Asher is just cute.

Anyway, we survived and had fun, but we are looking forward to getting back to the beach and playground and playdates with friends too!

OH! and sewing society pals- the membership cards should be landing in my mailbox today or Monday! Yeah, I ordered them instead of making them. Vistaprint is cheap and I don't really enjoy making paper things. What of it. :)

i am just smiling reading that last bit about the cards. i thought you were just kidding. awesome!!! can't wait to get mine! we are sick. me and the kids. faith brought it back from school, i guess. but she has a fever and threw up yesterday and me and malik are congested and have runny noses, so we have been hanging at home. as soon as we don't have our health, it makes me that much more grateful when i'm healthy again!!

here's to getting better and having fun with friends!!!

Does Asher ever NOT smile?? He is so happy and adorable. I can't believe he is sitting up in the fort. I was sad we had to leave when he was so close to rolling over on his own.

Um, did I get a membership card? How awesome is that? And could your kids be cuter???? No! ;-) I wanna squeeze Asher's cheeks. I miss you guys!

I want pink eye! J/K!!!! Don't take me seriously on that one God...

I love Asher's smile. What a doll. How cool that he has an older brother who can make forts for him to hang in, I mean live in... obviously forts are ment to be lived in...

Even though I had already seen all of the above pictures on my phone, they were even better in a larger size. I love how cute the two of them are. I can't get over how chubby Asher is looking. I love them both!

I can't even see any pink eye there. Are you sure you had it? Did you make the whole thing up because you were avoiding us all?

I was at the Temple tonight with the youth in our ward and ran into Kimball Hawkins. =) It was really good to see an old familiar face. Hope the pink eye goes away soon. I had it a couple years ago for graduation and my sis-in-laws wedding...that was a great week of passing the pink eye. Hope all is well with you and have fun with your little fishies (adorable little boys).

Love that photo of Ambrose sleeping. Seriously, your boys couldn't be cuter. I'll be back Feb 2nd. In fact, I'll do you a few days better. Try Jan 28th...How you like them apples? I miss you guys!
