fragile flame (brought to you by jewel-2nd cd)


im gonna get fit. i started last week. i weighed myself this morning and six months after giving birth i am back to my pre-baby weight... but my body doesnt look the same as then... so i am starting to cut out a bunch of junk i always eat and getting out for more walks with the boy. so far things are going well. i know i will probably never look exactly the way that i did before the babe, but i just want to be slightly more comfortable on the beach. :) anyway, any tips?

you've seen my running route. you can try it. (we all know i hardly ever use it anymore.)

Hi! We've met once or twice around Laie-- Once on your due date, when you were hanging out with Diana and once at Lizzie and Micah's farewell party. Anyway I recently purchased a jogging stroller and started a new running regime, and I actually love it. I didn't really think I would, but I only started last week and my muscles are already way less flabby. I definitely recommend it!

I find that the hardest part of exercising for me is changing my clothes. Seriously. If I can get myself to get out of my normal clothes and into my running clothes, the battle is won.

so true- with g's nursing pads...etc. it's like a whole process. i agree. i think that is why walking works for me- you can wear whatever. but i know i need to step it up!
