just imagine how the first thanksgiving must have crept up on those innocent participants...

thanksgiving is in 2 days everyone. i'm excited, but have got to get some things done before i can shove work aside and not only make some food but (more importantly) enjoy a day dedicated to doing nothing but eating tasty food. my mouth is watering just thinking about it, but does anyone else feel like thanksgiving suddenly reared it's delicious head and yelled gobble gobble right in your face? oh well, happy eating.

This season reminds me of my favorite Fall recipes:

Corn Chowder

I've been looking forward to Thanksgiving for a while. Jeff and I are doing our own Thanksgiving this year. Does that make us grown ups too? We are pretty excited.

i'm proud of you cookers (in advance). i'll probably mash up some tatoes as per usual for my contribution. maybe i'll have nate help me this time though since he's coming to my house.

Agreed-- I totally didn't anticipate that thanksgiving was this week, until Sunday, when I was reminded. Good thing I don't have to cook the food, ALL I have to do is eat lots and lots of tasty deliciousness.
