also, i sewed something from this awesome book:
it's a big tote bag- i'm gonna use it as a diaper bag/purse since i will be carrying around a whole lotta toddler/infant paraphernalia very soon. i will get a photo up as soon as i finish the handles. it was so fun to make!
and that's it! now go create something. ;)

What you described in my comments is exactly what I did. I will warn you, it was a little tough sewing on the handles because of the thickness of all the layers (at least for my little sewing machine). Let me know if you have other questions. Can't wait to see your finished bag!
