Buddy boy turns three tomorrow (or today depending on when you read this)
3/19/2007 was the magic day!!!!!
One of the longest, hardest, most spiritual, and wonderful days of my life!!!
We love our Ambrose Carl Robertson. He is growing up so fast. In fact, today we were driving home from town and he reminded me to cover my mouth when I cough and to drive with both hands on the steering wheel............ thanks son.
And don't tell him but I felt bad that I had only bought him jigsaw puzzles, tangrams, and a globe ball for his birthday (you know, educational toys) so while we were in Target today I splurged a little and got him his first baseball and mitt, shark floaties and a boogie board, and this scary truck thing.
Big boy toys for our growing up boy. THREE YEARS??????? Crazy.

hahaha I always do the same thing... Only useful toys at first and then I feel bad and buy him some useless plastic that will make him smile. :) A very very very happy 3rd birthday to big kid Ambrose!

i just wanted you to know that i commented on and for the birthday boy quite some time ago but it didn't go through. it was a very sweet and thoughtful sentiment, and happened to include the suggestion that we throw amby a party and all the other chirrens a party when you come to mainland central. a birthday party for all the ones we've missed.
i don't know ambrose, but i do, and i have you to thank. just wait until we make this friendship official this summer. i can't wait.
