we're talking about photography in one of my classes, and we read an article (from the 70s) in which the author talks about how if you don't take pictures of your child in the society we live in (with readily available cameras) it means you're a bad (or at least indifferent) parent. what i'm trying to say here is you are obvious superb parents. love.

so i'm trying to pick a favorite, and its really tough because the smiling ambrose breaks one's heart and fills it with joy simultaneously, but the zissou picture is also too perfect. then of course, i'm partial to the pictures you're in.
