springform pan

does anyone around these parts have a springform pan i can borrow? i am supposed to be making some intricate dessert for enrichment night this thursday....

and i am supposed to be using this pan.

when i was asked to do it i was told that i was a confident, experienced baker. true? sure!

well, we'll see. first i need this pan. do you have it?

well... I don't have the pan but it looks like that little prob. is now solved...

I thought I might mention... as I turn away from my own blog I've turned more toward www.willamettefam.blogspot.com. It's a group blog- I don't know all of the proper eticate for group blogs and I don't know if you would be interested or not in it's content but I guess I'll have to let you be the judge of that...

for me, personally, you don't need a 'springform' pan so long as you grease and flower the cake pan that you're using. the springform just ensures that the cake comes out in one piece.

what sort of dessert are you making?

I wish that was me at Foodland. Can I just fly there one day and stay at your in law's house? My mom works for Delta so it is really cheap to fly.
