i made this dress back in march i believe. but i was pregnant, and didnt want to wear it, and it was my first experience sewing with a knit fabric so i was OVER IT when i was done (so over it that i didnt put the cutesy cute front pockets in. bummer.).
but i wore it to work today!
and i liked it.
then i came home and changed into regular clothes because someone tell me how i was supposed to nurse my baby in that.
trrrrrricky.

U are looking great Stephanie!! And your dress is stylin'! Wish I were so talented!
i LOVE it!!!
simple yet chic.
and you are looking foxy, lady.
rrrrawrr.
hello hot mamma. You mean to tell me you didn't sew any sexy nursing flaps in there? Well, it probably wouldn't have turned out quite so cute then I guess. Good work!!
um, i love it! wanna sew me one?
nursing really makes you rethink the clothes you wear. it would have been awesome to pull that sucker all the way up to your armpits in that nasty nursing room attached to the bathroom though (your in the chapel by the temple, right?)
poppin that hip little miss!!
the dress looks fab. i knew it would. great job!
niiiice
ps my word verification is heart. i'm serious.
Shazam! You looks good girl! Do you still have the pattern and number? I would be interested in taking a look at it.
SassSY! The soundtrack you've got going in the sidebar goes perfectly :)
Good music from 1970. Love to see you be domestic.
Yeah. You are looking great. I wish I could wear such a dress!
(nevermind that I could never sew it.) Sometimes I think that sewing is kind of magic, because I think that if I imagine it hard enough, I could just cut some cloth and sew it together and it would come out perfectly. Nevermind the ironing.
i don't know much about sewing but maybe you can put the pockets over the susu's for nursing purposes?
kidding of course...
what i really want to know is how many of your students have a crush on you by now. cool, fun teacher who also happens to be a hottie? i'm sorry but its bound to happen.
AYE CHI WA WA.
You are smokin'.
So I sound like a creepy high school boy?? Awesome.
You look great, Steph. And this post made me laugh. I just stopped nursing so I feel your post. Hahaha!
veeerry cute! slimming if you don't mind the term. this is probably super obvious but i didn't know before i took sewing classes at byu so i thought i'd pass it on. there are specific needles for your machine (maybe $4 for a pack at joanns)that sew through knits very nicely and makes working with them loveliness.
you inspire me.
SEXY MAMA!
Great dress and you look amazing in it! There's no way you recently had a baby...
